Winter Canvas

 

Hello lovely crafters,

I'm really looking forward to joining Lisa and the rest of the team for the 

Christmas Party workshops this Friday.

The last of my November posts is this Winter canvas.

 

To start I used Imagination Crafts Fir Trees stencil on 

their Blue Snow patterned card with Sparkle Medium in Blue Moonstone.

While this dried I distressed the edges of a piece of Anna Marie striped Teal card 

and then blended the edges with Broken China distress ink.

I glued this to the canvas and used the same coloured ink pad on the canvas edges.

Next I glued the stencilled paper leaving the edges free of adhesive.

 

I then used various flowers and various other embellishments lace, paper doily, glittery thread etc. and glued under

the unstuck edges to give dimension and interest to the piece.

That is pretty much it.

 

I really like the colour of this and was very pleased how it came together.
