Simple Sparkle

*This post is part of the December promotion fortnight. Remember to leave a comment to be entered in the giveaway.*

Morning crafters,

Today I have a simple card to share using a technique we did at Lisa's Christmas Party Class.
The main stamp is Woodware Huge Noel, being a large stamp it makes a perfect card centre piece and not much else is needed. So it can be as plain or fussy as you like.
As we are all busy this time of year I kept my design plain and simple.
So I stamped the image on to a white die cut piece of card with Onyx Black VersaFine.
I then stamped the "O" bauble section on to green card and cut it out.
The top of the bauble is then coloured silver and twisted wire added for hanging.
Masking off the top area I brayed Pastel Green Sparkle Medium over the green section to make it glitter.
I used a piece of acetate in the centre of the bauble and dabbed Sparkle Medium on to this with my finger.
I had stuck the acetate from behind with double sided tape.

I also brayered the Green Sparkle Medium over the stamped white die cut card.
This was then layered onto another die cut green piece of card and I outlined the edge with a white liner pen before layering again on to Anna Marie Dottie Olive Green Card.
White Craftwork cards Candi finishes off in the corners.

It was great to meet so many of you at the Christmas Party Class, I really enjoyed it.
Hope your week is going well and I'll be back again next week.

Vintage Print Cards

Morning, happy Sunday. Lisa has sets of very nice vintage print card stock by Anna Marie Designs for sale & after I finished my crackle projects, I had a play with them. Here's the first card I made............

I randomly applied Stream Adirondack ink over the card, stamped the Penny Black Slapstick 'Breezy' stamp with embossing ink & heat set with copper embossing powder, then edged the card with

I applied paint through the TCW Burlap Bits stencil onto core'dinations card & cut out sections.........

I used embossing ink & copper EP on the button a few times & added a Hobby House brad.........

The finished card again.........

I used Indigo Blu's Elizabeth Bennet & Dinkie Flourish stamps on this card. I cut out the centre of the vintage print card with a circle die & distressed & tore the edges. The image was given a little colour with Silkies paints & I added gold liquid pearls to the CWC butterfly sentiment..........

Crackled and Stamped Panels

**This post is part of the Crackle Medium promotion fortnight. Remember to leave a comment to be entered in the giveaway.**

Happy Thursday Post!
Good morning, today is lovely Lisa's Wedding Day so I'm sharing this before joining them for their celebrations later.
I wish her and Paul a wonderful day and many more happy memories and years together.

Today I'm sharing with you this idea I had for incorporating panels with stamping and crackle.

After painting and creating the Crackle on a piece of card I used the Imagination Crafts Diamond Stencil and Walnut Stain Distress Ink before cut the card into panels.
For the stamped panels I used the Penny Black Slapstick Cling Stamp - Fanciful stamped in Sepia Versafine and watercoloured.

Matted and layered onto contrasting card and a piece of Anna Marie DottyTeal Card before mounting onto a shaped card base.
I finished off by adding a few die cut butterflies.
I loved creating this and was particularly pleased with the colours.
Hope you like it too...xKx

Craftwork Cards Clock

Good morning, we're deeply immersed in preparations for September's class next Friday, so this is a quick post to show you a clock Lisa made with the new Craftwork Cards Refreshers collection.

She covered the clock with one of the patterned papers, then added different pieces to the sides, using a punch to decorate the edges & adding lace.........

She built up layers of flowers & embellished them with rhinestone sparklers from Hobby House.......

The topper is also from the Refreshers collection......
