Sparkle Medium Duo

*This post is part of the November promotion fortnight. Remember to leave a comment to be entered in the giveaway.*

Hi blog visitors, thanks for stopping by. Today's card began with one of those "I wonder if......" moments while I was making my Sparkle Medium samples for this month's workshops.

I wondered if I could blend two colours of SM while they were wet. So I grabbed a piece of black card, the Fir Trees stencilAntique Bronze & Chartreuse Sparkle Medium & set to work.

This is the result...........

I used the Antique Bronze first, followed by the Chartreuse.

I cut out the tree & used it as a topper on a piece of Woodware ribbed kraft card, matted & layered onto black card & a white card blank...................

The ribbon is a piece of seam binding & the greeting is from the Woodware Clear Magic

I demoed this idea at the classes a few weeks ago & if I get time I'll show you the results another day.

  4. Wow that tee looks brilliant! You must be so patient to cut it all out...but it works and the tree looks good on the Kraft card.

  7. Mixing the 2 colours of Sparkle gives the tree more dimension and interest, great idea! Love the CAS look of your card and the use of Kraft cardstock, one my fave!
