Midnight Tree-Second of the Class Cards.....

*This post is part of the November promotion fortnight. Remember to leave a comment to be entered in the giveaway.*
Morning all,
Happy Saturday, well as promised here is the second card from last Fridays workshop.......
Now this was the simplest of the two cards but showed different ways of using Sparkle Medium but also combining acetate again but in a different way......

They again used their Fir Trees Stencil which was a freebie to all take home with the class and their palette knife with Diamond Sparkle Medium ( In stock on the website next week ) this time to place one tree on their background which was Crystal Sky. Then they repeated this process on to  thin acetate and set aside to dry......

Once dry the edges of the card were stippled using a small piece of cut and dry foam and the Silver Sparkle Medium around the Crystal Sky background, this doesn't take long to dry at all......
Then once matted a layered on to the background the acetate tree was cut out and attached on to the other tree on the background with silicone glue......
To finish off Silver Stickles was used to dot in the centre of the snowflakes to add sparkle......
I hope you like the cards from the class, remember leave a comment to be in the giveaway. I will be back soon......
Hugs Lisa.B xx

  7. It's a lovely card, I took mine home to silicone glue though and unfortunately I could see it through the sparkle - it was a new tube of glue and maybe it wasn't mixed up too well because it came out a little bit runny to start - did anyone else have problems?
