Morning all, I hope you had a nice weekend. Lisa called my card for today 'The deer in the headlights card', so I decided to use that for the title of this blog post.....
This is such a simple card to make. I used a piece of cut & dry foam to apply embossing ink through The Clearing stencil from Imagination Crafts & set it aside to dry for a while............
When the embossing ink was dry, I masked off the trees & applied Ruby Gold Sparkle Medium through the stencil.............
I finished the card with gold liquid pearls, Hobby House pearl medallions & a piece of
seam binding ribbon.............
Until next time, happy crafting.
Kirsten
This is gorgeous, such an effective design and I love the sparkly reindeer.

What a great idea Kirsten. I sometimes forget that the stencils can be used with inks too. A really lovely card.
ReplyDeleteNice use of the stencil to create such different effects.
ReplyDeleteGreat design and quite ethereal. Reminds me of a foggy night. I love how the deer stands out.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to use the same stencil with 2 different mediums. The sparkly deer just shines out!
