Good morning, Kirsten here, I hope you had a nice weekend. Lisa and I really enjoyed the Christmas Workshop in Grove Green yesterday, thank you very much to everyone who attended. The workshop projects have been added to this album on the Lisa B Designs Facebook page.
I've two cards to show you today, samples I made for the recent October classes in Maidstone. Apart from the Hobby Art Nature Trail stamp set, everything I used on these cards sold out at the classes and, as it's so close to Christmas, Lisa won't be restocking them, but maybe they'll give you some inspiration........
I created a simple background with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink on white card and I glittered the white circle by covering it with double-sided adhesive, then adding loose glitter on top............
I coloured the snow people with Hickory Smoke and Spiced Marmalade Distress inks used as watercolours. The trees were cut from Joy Crafts' Happy Holidays Pine Trees cutting dies.........
I didn't have a greeting small enough for the top right corner, so instead I stamped the branch and bird from the Hobby Art Nature Trail stamp set and coloured them as I had the snow people................
The background for this card was In The Navy Infusions from PaperArtsy, sprinkled onto wet watercolour card, dried then covered with double-sided adhesive and loose glitter as above.
I created a background as above and die cut a large circle then placed it on top of the glittered piece of card...........
Before covering the hills the same way I blended a tiny amount of Hickory Smoke Distress Ink on the tops and used Distress inks as watercolours on the snow people..............
The greeting is a Woodware stamp from the Christmas Cheer stamp set, stamped with Versamark and heat set with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich embossing powder.

That's if from me for now, have a great week.

That's adorable - I love the chilly monochrome with those tiny touches of colour.
