November Class in Maidstone

Hello everyone, Kirsten here with a quick look back at Friday's classes in Fant Hall, Maidstone. The class projects were two cards based on using the positive & negative of a die cut bauble & Lisa will be showing you her class samples in her blog posts on Wednesdays.

As well as the Christmas crafting goodies, we had lots of sale items available to buy too. The promotion & sale tables have expanded from three to five................. :-)

Most of the items used in the classes have sold out, including all of the Card-io stamp sets, what remains can be found in the What's New section of the website.

Lisa demoing the scene building for the first card............

Then it was time for everyone to get to work.............

Everyone stuck to the sample for the first card, using the Card-io stamps & Antique Linen Distress ink............

We had some variety for the second card.................

(There is one set of the Tiny Baubles cutting dies left & one of the Poinsettia stamp).

I will put the rest of the cards into an album on the Lisa B Designs Facebook page

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Friday & thanks, as always, to Jo, Kate, Julie, Jan, Rose & Paul for all their help.

We have one more class left this year & it is, of course, the Christmas Party class on December 2. Both the afternoon & the evening class are technically full, but we might be able to squeeze in another one or two in the afternoon. If you would like to attend, or go on the cancellation list, please contact Lisa - lisabaker1@btinternet.com/01622 675078 - as soon as possible. The cost of the class is £18, this includes your project - a large MDF bauble designed by Lisa for Imagination Crafts - and a full buffet. We'll have games, raffle prizes & lots more, so it should be a fun day.

That's it from me for now, I will be back soon. Thanks for visiting the blog today, have a great week.

Kirsten
