Imagination Crafts on Hochanda Tomorrow........

Morning all, me again - twice in one day, well that's a record!!!
Just to remind you all that Imagination Crafts are on HOCHANDA TV tomorrow; Thursday 10th September, at 1pm and then another live show at 5pm.
Sue will be bringing you her fabulous Starlights Metallic paints as well as Sparkle Medium & lots of other goodies.

Imagination Crafts are innovators in the craft industry and are the originators of the Starlights paint. Many, many months of experimenting & preparation went into getting them just right. They contain crushed gilding flakes and the paint shimmers like no other.
It is also reversible; when you use it neat out of the pot you get a colour, let's say red, so you would get red with gorgeous silver, gilding flake sparkle, but when you add water to it and make a wash, the gilding flakes rise to the surface and you get silver with hints of red, this means that you can do shading with just one colour! They are a semi-opaque paint, but just one coat will give excellent coverage.
There are now 20 gorgeous colours in the range & I can't tell you how excited I am about these amazing paints.
But that is not all we have in store for you.......
Some of you may not know that Sue and Harvey from Imagination Crafts started out being one of the first people in this country to do MDF over 20 years ago and were heavily into furniture and home décor, their catalogue was vast. They even worked on shows like Changing Rooms and supplied many companies with wood products. As the popularity of MDF has increased over the last few years they have been bringing back some of their original designs, along with brand new ones.

As you may have seen on other shows, they have brought you MDF Christmas trees with baubles, frames with accessories, beautiful filigree key plaques, chalkboards, sleighs, the list goes on and on.....
Now we have something very exciting....

Sue will be bringing you tomorrow some fabulous candle holders that you can use with tea lights or larger candles, or of course for safety, imitation candles that flicker, (The Range do a very good selection of these). The two designs are so beautiful and intricate and the decorating possibilities are endless. One of them is a deer in the forest and the other a lovely owl. I really loved decorating these and wish I could have made more samples, but time got away from me. However, as I do more I will bring them to you......
Here are some pictures of the samples that I have made.......

As if that is not enough excitement, Sue will also be bringing you the fabulous Art-Cutz......

Imagination Art-Cutz are intricate, die cut, laser images that can be added to any craft project. Art-Cutz are made from a soft absorbent velvet board and they can be inked, painted, heat embossed, spritzed, and used with versamark and mica, Imagination Sparkle Medium, Imagination Starlight Paint, Stencil Paint, Silkies, Chalkies, Imagination Gesso and Imagination Finger Wax. Art-Cutz are perfect for mixed media work and can be glued to card and canvas using a good, strong, water based PVA Glue.

I adore using these, as anyone who knows me knows that I love texture and am heavily getting in to making canvases. I just love the way you can just spend hours or very little time depending on what you want to do, letting your imagination run away with itself.

Here is a canvas that I loved making, where I have used the Art-Cutz to add texture and main focal images........

(Sue will have all of these samples & many more with her tomorrow).

There will be many other products on the show and Sue has some fabulous demos lined up for you, so don't forget to make yourself a cuppa and tune in or record the show. I will be watching too....

Tune in at 1pm & 5pm via Freeview Channel 39, Sky Channel 663 & Freesat Channel 822. You can also watch the live stream on hochanda.com

Bye for now.

Hugs, Lisa B xx
