Good morning all,
Well, are you feeling as knackered as I am? What a fantastic day yesterday, thank you to each and every one of you for coming along and supporting Lisa B Designs......I really, truly appreciate it. It was so lovely to see so many faces new and old ( not age I am referring too, lol!) , just to see you all together enjoying yourselves in a great creative atmosphere made my day.......
Today I thought that I would bring you something a little bit special, at least I think it is......
This is a project that I made for Kay over at IndigoBlu and had published in Simply Cards and Papercraft Magazine issue 124.
I love making altered art pieces and really enjoyed making this, take a look............
Here is a closer look at all the details......
The stamps that I used were Poinsettia, Miss Austin, Harlequin, Lace stamp from Nottingham Lace, Script Background, Sentiments from Live Laugh Love........
The stencils that I used were Diamond Stencil and Regal Stencil and also Altered Ego Flourishes.......
The paints that I used on the background were IndigoBlu Wimberry Pie and Townhouse Teal......
I used a couple of Versacolour ink pads that match perfectly with the paints, these were Heliotrope and
Turquoise......
I spent hours spritzing, stippling, stamping, embossing and generally getting covered in paint & I enjoyed every minute of it!
If you want to know the step by step instructions of how to you can always grab a copy of the magazine.
That is all from me for now, have a great weekend and I will be back soon.....
You can always enter the Blog Challenge or even post some makes that you have made with goodies purchased from the Event day on my Facebook page, we would love to see them: https://www.facebook.com/LisaBDesigns
