Nitwits week, day six; In The Meadow

Good Sunday afternoon, blog visitors, Kirsten here.  I hope you're enjoying the weekend.  the weather is still wonderful here & it looks like it's not going to change drastically in the coming week.

I've spent the morning photographing & editing all the new Nitwits card samples that Lisa gave me on Friday.  Because there's still so many to show you, Lisa has decided to continue Nitwits Week here on the blog & on the website until Wednesday.  That means 25% off every Nitwits item, so if you see something you like, why not treat yourself?  Today, it's the turn of the In The Meadow collection.

Ooops, someone fell over, it must have rained on the meadow. :)  Like the other images, these are very cute & would be perfect on cards for new babies & small children.

Something else I like about the patterned papers & card is that not all of it is themed with the images, so you can use it with other pieces & images in your stash.  And the colours are quite muted, so if you wanted a vintage appearance, it's easily achievable.

Alongside the sheep on the die cut & decoupage toppers there are lovely little bees & butterflies, which can be used with the sheep, or on their own cards.

Something I've forgotten to mention in these posts, is that we've used Craftwork Cards card blanks, which come in assorted shapes & sizes, are great quality & very sturdy - about 350gsm.  You'll find them HERE.

That's it for today, I'll be back tomorrow with more Nitwits.  Later in the week, I hope to report on last Friday's class & share some photos of the day, together with the cards we made.   Until then, take care.

Kirsten
