Good morning, Kirsten here. Not only is it Monday again, it is also JULY. How did that happen?? My project today is the wooden flower frame shadow box by Dutch Doobadoo & I forgot to take any step by step photos, apologies.
I painted the frame with yellow chalk paint & added scraps of Imagination Crafts Rice Paper 142, adding more paint with a baby wipe to blend in the edges of the rice paper.
I applied more paint through the Craft Emotions Field Flowers stencil, then stamped the Woodware Small Fennel stamp set with embossing ink & heat set with WOW! British Summer embossing powder.
I used the crackle stamp from the Hobby Art Textures set on the frame, heat setting with WOW! Bluetiful EP.
The wooden embellishments are all from Craft Emotions, I painted them with Starlights & used various WOW! embossing powders with Melt-It in molds from my stash to make the hearts.
Before I go, just a reminder that Lisa will be on the Hochanda craft channel with Imagination Crafts tomorrow night & Wednesday, July 5 & 6, as part of the '12 Days of Christmas Crafting' event. Imagination Crafts are launching their BRAND NEW Starlights paints for TEXTILES!!
