Good morning from Birmingham. It's the last day of the trade show so Lisa & I will be rushing around trying to see everything one last time & make orders where possible, before travelling home tonight. For today's card I used Inkadinks spray inks & stamps from Woodware, Kaisercraft & Indigo Blu................
I used readymade sprays of Mango, Blueberry Ice & Lilac Heaven, but of course, you could make your own by mixing a few drops of Inkadinks in a mini spray bottle with water. I sprayed the inks randomly through the Imagination Crafts Wall stencil onto watercolour card & mopped up excess ink by taking a roll of paper towel & rolling it over the stencil............
I removed the stencil & used my heat tool to dry the card. Once dry, I used the
Kaisercraft Crackle stamp with Versafine Vintage Sepia inkto stamp randomly on top of the dried inks - second & third generation stamping. To ensure I only got the crackle in small areas I didn't put the stamp onto an acrylic block, I folded it over slightly & held it in my hand.
By varying the distance at which you spray you can get a different result. The intense patch of blue is from spraying the ink very close to the card, while the lighter areas are from spraying the inks from a distance...........
Thanks for visiting the blog & for all the kind comments so far, we're glad you're enjoying the projects. The promotion continues until Sunday, so if this is your first visit you still have time to leave a comment on all the previous posts to this one.
Don't forget there's a new blog challenge too & the Mega Sale is still running on the website.
Until Friday, happy crafting.

The Woodware Clear Magic Wheat stamp was stamped with Onyx Black Versafine ink & heat set with WOW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder. The butterfly from the Indigo Blu set,
Discover Your Passion was stamped onto scraps of card that I'd sprayed with Inkadinks, heat set with WOW Clear Sparkle EP & cut out..........
I finished the card with a sentiment from the Hobby Art stamp set Anna's Collection - Just For You & some matting & layering onto a 7x7 white card blank.........
