White Fluffy Clouds

Good morning crafters, it's Tuesday so Julie here today.
I hope I find you all well? Today I've got a card using the techniques from our last class...............

Firstly I cut a 16cm square of super smooth card and applied Squeezed Lemonade Mini Distress Ink in the centre and Tumbled Glass Mini DI round the outside, remembering to use some scrap paper to avoid fingerprints in the inked area.

Then I used white gesso and the Claritystamp Clouds stencil, rather than use just a part of this stencil I used all of it and applied the gesso with a cheap cosmetic sponge.

I dried this off with the heat gun and then randomly stamps the Crealies stamp no. 43 in Tumbled Glass over the background created and re-dried with heat gun so I didn't smudge it.

Next I used the Clarity Wildflowers stencil and Onyx Black Versafine ink - as this stencil was quite delicate I taped the overhang with some stencil tape to help hold it together whilst I applied the ink with a small piece of cut 'n' dry as easier to handle given the delicate stencil, I also find this easier to work through the stencil. I topped this with some WOW! Clear Sparkle embossing powder and heat set. I stamped a greeting stamp from my stash and applied the same embossing powder as above and heat set.

I decided I didn't need to do anything more and backed this on a 7x7 square card matted onto some black card.
