Imagination Crafts Snowman Art Stamp......

Morning all......

It is a scheduled post for me today as I am away on my hols taking it easy for a change!

It seems a little weird that I am away in Spain in hot sunshine and just about to show you a snowman Christmas card, lol! 

However Christmas is looming up fast and will be upon us before we know it, I can't believe how quickly this year has flown by.......

Anyway on to todays make......

Here is a simple little card below that I made using the Imagination Crafts Snowman Art Stamp. He is a really cute little fellow and is a great stamp to use with Distress Inks for batch card making.

I used Stormy Sky Distress ink and stamped him onto a 4" square of white card. I then used a damp paint brush to draw out the colour from the edge of the stamped image to add some shading.

I then repeated this on to another piece of white card and then cut away the snowman and 3d'd him on top of the first one. I added some clear gems for his buttons and some Cracked Ice with Cosmic Shimmer glue to add a little sparkle to the image.......

For the background I chose to use the Imagination Crafts Snowflakes Stamp Set.....

Again I stamped it with Stormy Sky Distress Ink using random sizes all over the background.

I then mat and layered it using silver mirror card and blue pearl card and lastly added some silver gems to sparkle up the centre of the snowflakes....

I think you will agree it is a lovely simple but very effective, cheerful Christmas card....
