A little Fairy Magic with Celtic Dream Dies....

Good morning my lovelies,

How are we all today?
Oh my...... it has been a very busy last few weeks for me and I have to say that I am not feeling my best at the moment. I have the dreaded cold/flu like virus that is doing the rounds and feel very tired and weak at the moment. I think I have been suppressing it for some time, just trying to get through my last class and then the weekend Hochanda shows with Imagination Crafts.

Thank you so much to all of you that got the chance to tune in and support the shows, we had a great One Day Special and the comments have been wonderful. I am really glad that you are enjoying the products that we are bringing to you......

Sue and I have also done eight New YouTube Videos realating to the new procucts and some core products and you can find them here:

We are planning to do lots more, so watch this space.........

Thank you also to my lovely ladies that supported the class this month, we had a great time and you really did some beautiful work.......

As you probably realised by Kirsten's last few blog posts, the class was all about Celtic Dream Dies, Lavinia Stamps and Dylusions. So I thought that I would show you a couple of cards that I made for the class samples to give the ladies some inspiration for their first card......

So we used some gorgeous backing cards from Imagination Crafts as the backdrop of the main feature on the card and then die cut a Celtic Dream Die from black card. I then brayered the die cut element with Diamond Sparkle Medium and a Speed ball Brayer. Next either using a stencil brush or your finger add different colours of sparkle medium to areas on the die cut and foil it......
On some of these cards once I had glued the die on to the background and then cut off the excess, I used some of it as a border. I also used Distress Inks and stencils to add colour to the background cards and then stamped around the edges......

Here are the items that I used for the next card:

Great simple but effective cards if you need one in a hurry and they are really east to batch make!
