May Class in Maidstone

Good morning blog visitors, Kirsten here, I hope you’re enjoying your weekend so far.  I wanted to do a quick blog post to share with you some photos from Friday's classes in Maidstone.  It was a busy day.  We had almost thirty people at each class & there were people visiting the shop throughout the day also. 

The classes were all about die cuts, using some of the dies in the photo below.  Lisa worked out that she cut approximately 1200 pieces in total!




Here are the cards we made.  Underneath the flower on the white card is a piece of Shimmer Film, which was enormously popular with everyone at both classes.  The white sold out almost instantly, but Lisa is ordering more, so if you want it, drop her an email at enquiries@lisabdesigns.co.uk





The flowers on the lilac are ALL individual pieces & there was much hilarity as we tried to stick them onto the flower head underneath.  They certainly looked very effective once we’d layered them up & added a little Diamond Stickles on top.

Sadly, there will be no class in June - Lisa is taking a VERY well-deserved holiday -  or July.  But in July we hold the annual Extravaganza Day, on July 20th.  There will be some well-known demonstrators, make and takes & the entire mobile shop, so make a note of the date & spread the word among your crafting friends.  We’ll post more information as the date gets closer.
